Community Collaboration of Delaware, located in New Castle, is a women-only program that uses non-12-step approaches to substance use and gambling addiction treatment. It is one of only a handful of programs in the area built specifically around a non-12-step model, and one of just a few local options serving women exclusively.

The program offers sober living as a level of care and accepts referrals for people who are court-ordered, including those with DUI cases. Transportation is provided for clients, and vaping is permitted on-site. Alcohol use is among the areas addressed in treatment.
